On the Federal Policy Committee (FPC) for four years and the FPC representative on the Federal International Relations Committee FIRC. Steve is a dedicated campaigner with a focus on public affairs, sustainability, and environmental issues. His work emphasises transitioning companies, councils and communities towards a sustainable future. His close connections with MPs, members of the House of Lords, and other policymakers continue to drive evidence-based sustainability advocacy through APPGs, online sessions and Select Committees.
Jed runs Campaigns of the Green Liberal Democrats and has been deeply involved in shaping the party’s campaigning on climate, energy, transport and local resilience. His work connects national policy with real delivery in communities. He has a track record of turning ideas into action in next generation technologies and campaigns. His work has included political lobbying, sustainable transport initiatives, and helping small businesses and their route to market.
District Councillor in St Albans and Chair of the Sustainability & Climate Advisory Forum since 2022. Professional Environmental Scientist with own consultancy focussing on engagement and large group interventions/behaviour change – also passionate beach cleaner. A passionate conservationist served 9 years as a Trustee at Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust and, in a parallel life, have driven sustainability initiatives through Housing Associations and Alms Houses in Non-Executive Director and Trustee roles.
